The participant must bring:
Food and hydration for personal consumption during the activity;
Appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes, and preferably long-sleeved clothing.
FAZENDA SÃO LEANDRO and its collaborators will not be held responsible for contingencies (unplanned events), including accidents, inclement weather, construction work, winds, storms, acts of nature, or attacks by wild/domestic animals, and the activity may be canceled or postponed for safety reasons.
TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
I declare that I participate in the NATURE ACTIVITIES at Fazenda São Leandro (trails, waterfalls, hikes, and similar activities) of my own free will, releasing the organizers, collaborators, and Fazenda São Leandro from any liability, on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs.
I declare that I am aware of the difficulty level of the activities (from easy to challenging trails up to 7 km), that I am in good health for outdoor activities, and that I am aware of the inherent risks, such as uneven terrain and exposure to nature.
I authorize the use of photographs or films featuring my image during the event for promotional purposes.
The Farm is not liable for damages suffered by the participant or their equipment due to inclement weather or natural events. Damage to property, animals, crops, or protected areas will be investigated, and offenders will be held responsible.
